Change fees depend on the fare conditions of your ticket or booking. Some tickets may have penalties or additional charges for modifications.
If the fare for your new itinerary is higher than your original booking, you’ll need to pay the fare difference along with any applicable fees.
All payments for changes must be completed online to finalize your updated booking.
No, any online changes you make will apply to all passengers in the same booking.
If you wish to modify the itinerary for just one traveler, please contact InfyFlight Customer Care or the travel agent who made your reservation.
However, you can make individual updates—such as selecting seats, requesting special meals, or adding extra services—through the “Manage Booking” section on the airline’s website.
If you modify your flight, any previously selected seats or meal requests for that segment will not be retained.
Once your new flight is confirmed, please revisit the “Manage Booking” section to choose your preferred seat and meal options again.
Refunds and Travel Vouchers
Yes, you may be eligible for a full refund, depending on the fare conditions of your ticket. The refund will be processed to the same card or payment method used for your original purchase.

If you don’t use the full value within a year, you can extend its validity for an additional 12 months.
You can use the voucher for multiple transactions until its full value is redeemed.
Travel vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the original passenger.
